TCY ALGO TRADE indicators, trading tools, and educational content are informational. They do not constitute financial, investment, tax or legal advice and should not be treated as such.

No profit guarantee, no portfolio management
We do not guarantee any specific trading result, success rate, or return. We do not manage portfolios, hold customer funds, or trade on your behalf.

High-risk notice
Financial market trading is high risk. You can lose more than your initial capital. Trade only with capital you can afford to lose and apply prudent risk management — stop-loss, position sizing, capital reserve.

Indicator license
The license provides access to the TradingView indicator and account center for the duration you purchase. Minimum duration is 3 days. Pricing is calculated manually (per day) and approved by our operator.

Future products
TradingView indicators, bot licenses, and combo packages are not active and cannot be purchased unless explicitly offered. Roadmap items may change.

Payments and refunds
License payments are processed manually by our operator via IBAN bank transfer. Once access is granted, the corresponding day count is non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Requests prior to grant can be cancelled.

User responsibility and IP
You are solely responsible for your trading decisions, jurisdictional compliance, and use of indicator/tooling output. The TCY ALGO TRADE brand and product code belong to their respective owners.

Limitation of liability and governing law
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading losses, missed opportunities, or other indirect damages. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
