Article 1 — Parties
SELLER: TCY TEKNOLOJİ ÇÖZÜMLERİ YATIRIM A.Ş. (as detailed above). BUYER: The natural or legal person whose name, TCKN (if requested), billing address, phone and email are declared at the time of order.

Article 2 — Subject
The subject is the electronic delivery of a TradingView indicator / platform usage license ordered via algotradetr.com or authorized channels. There is no physical product or postal delivery.

Article 3 — Product and duration
The license is time-based with a 3-day minimum. The daily price is displayed on the order screen. After payment confirmation and validation of the TradingView username, invite-only indicator access is granted to the BUYER's TradingView account.

Article 4 — Price
The total amount is displayed VAT-inclusive on the order screen, in Turkish Lira (TRY). The displayed figure is the contract price.

Article 5 — Payment
Payment is accepted via (i) IBAN bank transfer with manual operator approval, or (ii) Şekerbank Sanal POS card payment with 3D Secure once the infrastructure is enabled. Card data is never stored by AlgoTradeTR; card entry only happens on the bank's secure page. Installment options, where available, will be displayed on the payment page based on your card and bank.

Article 6 — Delivery / access
The product is digital; there is no physical delivery. After payment confirmation, the BUYER provides the TradingView username. Access becomes available in the BUYER's TradingView account after operator confirmation and TradingView authorization. In Phase 1 this authorization is manual; target completion 24 hours.

Article 7 — Right of withdrawal (rule)
Under the Regulation on Distance Contracts Art. 9, the consumer has a 14-day right of withdrawal without justification or penalty. Withdrawal notice can be sent to [email protected] in writing or electronically.

Article 8 — Withdrawal exception (digital content)
Under Art. 15/1-(ğ) of the Regulation, for services performed instantly online or intangible goods delivered instantly, the right of withdrawal cannot be used if the consumer consents to performance at the moment of contract formation and agrees to waive the withdrawal right. AlgoTradeTR confirms this exception with a separate checkbox at the payment step.

Article 9 — Delay / error in access
If, despite payment confirmation, the TradingView invite is not sent within 24 hours by the operator, the BUYER may request a refund or choose to extend the license duration. If the BUYER provided the wrong TradingView username, access is granted after correct details are received; the time lost in the meantime is not deducted from license duration.

Article 10 — Complaints and dispute resolution
Monetary thresholds for Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts are set annually by the Ministry of Trade. The BUYER may file complaints with the consumer arbitration committee or court of their place of residence or where the transaction was made.

Article 11 — Applicable law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Denizli have jurisdiction.
