    Categories of personal data processed

    • Identity: first name, last name, TCKN (only for individual customers requesting an invoice) • Contact: email, phone, billing address • Customer transaction: product, license duration, invoice reference, TradingView username • Financial: payment method, masked card last-4 and BIN returned by the bank (full PAN is never stored) • Transaction security: session, hashed IP, logs • Corporate customer: legal title, tax office, VKN, authorized contact.

    Purposes of processing

    Delivery of the license service; granting TradingView indicator access; performance of the contract; compliance with statutory record-keeping (invoices and commercial books under VUK); customer support; fraud prevention; defense of legal claims; with your separate consent, marketing communications.

    Legal bases

    • Art. 5/2-c — Performance of contract (identity, contact, TradingView username) • Art. 5/2-a — Statutory obligation (TCKN, VKN, invoice records under VUK) • Art. 5/2-f — Legitimate interest (transaction security, fraud prevention, masked card last-4) • Art. 5/1 — Explicit consent (only for marketing communications).

    Transfer & third parties

    Personal data is shared only with third parties necessary to deliver the service: Şekerbank Sanal POS (once card payment is enabled, with no card data passing through our site), e-invoice / e-archive provider, email service provider, and hosting providers (Cloudflare and DigitalOcean). Disclosures to public authorities occur only on lawful request. Data is not sold for marketing.

    Collection method

    Personal data is collected from you or your authorized representative through website forms, the Telegram Mini App, support email exchanges, invoice-request forms, payment steps and operator approval workflows — by automated or partly-automated means.

    Retention periods

    Invoices and financial records: 10 years (VUK Art. 253). Commercial books: 10 years (Turkish Commercial Code Art. 82). Support correspondence: reasonable period bound to its purpose. After retention, data is destroyed or anonymized.

    Data-subject rights (KVKK Art. 11)

    You have the right to: (a) learn whether your personal data is processed, (b) request information about it, (c) learn the purpose and whether it is used accordingly, (ç) know domestic and foreign recipients, (d) request correction of incomplete/erroneous data, (e) request deletion/destruction under Art. 7, (f) request notification of correction/deletion to third parties, (g) object to results derived solely from automated processing, (ğ) claim damages caused by unlawful processing.

    How to apply

    Submit your KVKK Art. 13 application in writing to [email protected] or to the corporate address above. Applications are resolved within 30 days, generally free of charge.
