Cancellation and Refund Policy

AlgoTradeTR offers a fully digital license service; its cancellation and refund policy is designed accordingly.

    Scope

    This policy governs cancellation and refund terms for TradingView indicator / platform access licenses purchased on algotradetr.com. It should be read together with consumer law and the statutory exceptions for digital products.

    Digital product nature

    The license is a service performed instantly online. Under Art. 15/1-(ğ) of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal cannot be used once performance has begun.

  3. 03

    Cancellation before access is granted

    Even if payment is received, if the TradingView invite has not yet been sent by the operator, the BUYER may request cancellation and the fee is refunded in full.

  4. 04

    After access is granted

    Once the TradingView invite is sent and/or accepted, digital performance is deemed to have started; refunds are not granted for the license duration. Statutory consumer rights remain reserved if the service has a defect under law.

  5. 05

    Wrong TradingView username

    If the BUYER provided an incorrect TradingView username, the BUYER provides the correct username for access to be granted. The time lost in the meantime is not deducted from the license duration.

  6. 06

    Operator delay

    If, despite payment confirmation, the operator does not send the invite within 24 hours, the BUYER may request either a full refund or a time extension.

  7. 07

    Renewal

    When a new purchase is made at the end of a license, the existing TradingView username is reused. A new invite is only triggered if the BUYER reports a username change.

  8. 08

    Chargebacks

    Unjustified chargeback requests for card payments where digital access has been granted may be refused; legal rights are reserved.

  9. 09

    Refund process

    Refunds are returned via the original payment method: IBAN refunds to the same IBAN; card refunds (once enabled) to the same card. Timing depends on bank business days.

    How to apply

    Submit cancellation / refund requests with your invoice reference code to [email protected]. The operator responds in writing within 24-72 business hours.
