Invite-only indicator usage license on the TradingView platform. Fully digital; no physical delivery. Access is granted to your TradingView username.

Price
Total amount is displayed VAT-inclusive on the order screen. The license is priced by day with a 3-day minimum. Currency: Turkish Lira (TRY).

Payment method and terms
Payment methods: (i) IBAN bank transfer (manual, operator approved), (ii) Şekerbank Sanal POS card payment with 3D Secure once enabled. Card data is never stored by AlgoTradeTR; all card entry happens on the bank's secure page. Installment options, where available, will be displayed on the payment page based on your card and bank.

Delivery / access
License access is completed via payment confirmation + delivery of your TradingView username + operator authorization on TradingView. In Phase 1 the authorization step is manual; usually completed within 24 hours.

Right of withdrawal
The consumer may exercise a 14-day right of withdrawal without justification from the date of contract formation. Withdrawal notice is sent to [email protected].

Withdrawal exception — digital content
For instantly-performed digital services, the right of withdrawal cannot be used once performance begins with the consumer's consent (Regulation Art. 15/1-ğ). This is confirmed by a separate checkbox at the payment step; payment cannot complete without that consent.

Complaints and disputes
Monetary thresholds for Consumer Arbitration Committees / Courts are updated annually by the Ministry. Complaints may be filed with the arbitration committee / court at the BUYER's place of residence.

Applicable law
Laws of the Republic of Türkiye apply. Jurisdiction: Denizli.
