    AlgoTradeTR (under the TCY ALGO TRADE brand) offers usage licenses for digital indicator and market-analytics software running on the TradingView platform. The service is fully digital — no physical product, no shipping.

    Operations

    After payment, invite-only indicator access is granted to your TradingView username. In Phase 1, access authorization is handled manually by an operator with a target completion time of 24 hours.

    Compliance

    TCY operates under the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, in line with Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection, Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data, and Law No. 6563 on Electronic Commerce. Tax obligations follow the Tax Procedure Law (VUK).

    Türkiye authorized dealer of Algo Trade

    Algo Trade TR is the local Turkish-market face of the Algo Trade product developed by Ucar Solution, an Uzbekistan-based company that owns and operates Algo Trade globally. TCY TEKNOLOJİ ÇÖZÜMLERİ YATIRIM A.Ş. is the Türkiye authorized dealer of the Algo Trade product and is responsible for sales, customer communication, invoicing and local support. CyprusAI is the AI technology and development partner of the Algo Trade platform. The sole legal entity contracting with customers in Türkiye is TCY; payment flow, customer records and support are operated only by TCY.
