For license, access, payment, TradingView username correction, invoicing and technical questions, the first point of contact is [email protected]. We aim to respond within 24 hours during business hours.

Billing & payment
For individual invoices, send full name, TCKN (if requested) and billing address; for corporate invoices, send legal title, tax office, VKN and billing address to [email protected]. Card data is never requested or stored on our site.

KVKK data-subject application
To exercise your rights under Law No. 6698 (access, correction, deletion, objection), send a written request to [email protected]. We respond within 30 days.

Corporate / partnerships
For partnerships, press and formal correspondence, use [email protected]. System-automated notifications are sent from [email protected]; replies to that address are not monitored.
